WELCOME! This is the home of the North Houston VW CLub. Our goals are to keep the Volkswagen spirit alive and to enjoy the company of fellow Volkswagen drivers & fans. We go on runs, host club functions, hold an annual show and donate to local charities. New members are always welcome.

HVWC Show and Shine

At noon on the second Sunday of every month at Double Dave's Pizza. Map below. Everyone welcome!

Double Dave's has a buffet at the time of the GTG and also has air hockey, pool table and arcade games to keep the kids, young and old, busy.

This year's show was a huge success with over forty plus registered cars. DeMontrond and the North Houston VW club were glad to see all of you that attended this year's show. DAY OF THE BEETLE
OLD TOWN SPRING

June 21, 2009

Sunday was a great day for driving your beetle any where. We had 25 cars show up at Puffabelly's in Old Town Spring on Father’s Day.

Jimmy with the MM beetle was the winner of a buggy race car and vw parts. Richard with the dune buggy was also a winner of a Bar-B-Q set in a case and free meal ticket. Tim Drachenberg with his vert, was one of the winners of a free meal ticket, movie book, CD about the golden era, and polish to make his cars shine.

We all had a great time. Everyone was there around 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. We had lunch and enjoyed everyone’s company. It was a great show in the Old Town Spring area and the visitors enjoyed seeing the old cars.

Thanks to all the clubs that showed up. N. Houston VW Club, Houston VW Club, Tejas VW Club, Bay Area VW Club, and two other clubs which we did not get the names, and some that came out on there bikes that needed to have more of a breeze on there face. We all had a great time.

Thanks to all of you making the day great.

The 4th of July Woodlands Parade

Every year the North Houston VW Club has been invited to participate in annual 4th of July Parade. We meet at the McDonald's just past the Rayford/Sawdust exit and depart to the parade between 7:45-8:00 a.m. All are welcome to participate. The Hazeletts will host a picnic/barbeque at their home in Panorama Village. Come all and join us for some fun. Click here to view map.
