WELCOME! This is the home of the North Houston VW CLub. Our goals are to keep the Volkswagen spirit alive and to enjoy the company of fellow Volkswagen drivers & fans. We go on runs, host club functions, hold an annual show and donate to local charities. New members are always welcome.

Everybody check out all of the cars for sale on our classified page. We've got lots of bugs and stuff for sale. Want to sell or buy something, send your request to our webmaster. Those of you that already have an item listed, if it has been sold or you wish to take it off the page, please contact our webmaster so that it can be taken off.

The Houston VW Club has announced that their Show N Shine is back on at the Pappas Barbeque parking lot, located on hwy 290 across the street from Logans. This event will take place on the 2nd Sunday of every month. See you there on June 13, 2010. Bring your car, your wife, your kids, and your in-laws and friends.

This is a show and shine event that the NHVW Club holds annually at Puffabelly's in Old Town Spring on Father's Day. A great way to spend Dad's day with the family and enjoy the sights and sounds of Old Town Spring. We start gathering around 9:00 a.m and will have lunch at Puffabelly's. Come out and visit with your VW enthusiants and enjoy some shopping for Dad in the area.

Club Events Held in July

Woodland's 4th of July Parade
July 3, 2010

The Woodlands parade will be on Saturday July 3, 2010. Our club has been invited to participate again this year. Parade participants will meet once again at 7:45 am at McDonald's on I-45 North at the Rayford/Sawdust exit on the east side of the freeway. We will depart tat 8:00 a.m. and proceed to our staging area at the church located on Lake Woodlands Pkwy. Click here to view map. After the parade, the club members and guest have been invited once again to cruise up to the Conroe-Willis area to the home of Carl and Kathryn Hazlett for a wonderful lunch and visit with our friends. Our Prayers and Thoughts Go Out To

Steve Sandlin and Family. Steve has been a board member for our club for many years, and recently lost his sister. The North Houston VW Club has the Sandlin family in our prayers and hearts as they move through this difficult time.

Tim Drachenberg and Family. Tim has been a board member for our club for many years, and recently he was diagnose with cancer. The North Houston VW Club has Tim and his family in our prayers and hearts, and wishes him a speedy recovery.

For everyone's information, Tim was present at our June meeting and was needed to conduct the meeting. It was nice to see him doing well.
